    The answers are right there for you, all you have to do is plug them in

    m=3

    y-int. = 4

    y=mx+b

    y=3x+4

    Answer: y=3x+4

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Since 3 is slope you add x and since 4 is the y intercept u put it behind an addition sign since it isn't negative, but if it was negative it would be y=3x-4
