A bag contains 9 marbles: 2 are green, 4 are red, and 3 are blue. Choosing a marble at random and without putting it back, choosing another one at random, what is the probability that the first marble is blue and the second is green? In simplest form

    No. Of Green n (G) = 2

    No. Of Red n (R) = 4

    No. Of Blue n (B) = 3

    Prob (1st Blue) = 3/9 = 1/3

    Now there are 8 marbles left

    Prob (2nd Green) = 2/8 = 1/4

    Prob (1st Blue and 2nd Green) will be = 1/3 * 1/4 = 1/12
