    it's D because 3*365 is 1095 which is 95 more than 1000

    You would take 3*365 to figure out how many miles Kate runs

    3*365=1,095

    you would then subtract 1,095-1,000

    1,095-1,000=95,

    So Kate runs 95 miles more
