    A) parallel

    It has the same slope.

    y-intercept is 6.

    So,

    m = - 5

    b = + 6

    y = - 5x + 6

    B) perpendicular

    It has a negative reciprocal of the slope.

    -5 = 1/5

    y-intercept is 6

    m = 1/5

    b = + 6

    y = 1/5x + 6
