    1 & 1/6

    You only need half the amount of sugar so you multiply by 1/2. so 2 cups and 1/3.

    2/1 X 1/2 = 2/2=1 cup

    1/3X1/2=1/6

    1+1/6 = 1 & 1/6

    Step-by-step explanation:

    2c-1/3=4 1/6

    (1/3 x 2 = 2/6)

    2c = 3 5/6

    (6 x 3 + 5)

    2c=23

    c=11.5 or 11 1/2
