How to change 3.3 into a fraction

    Multiply the original number base on the decimal place in this case you'll have to multiply it by ten since the decimal is on tenth place. Once you do that, place the number as the numerator and use the number which you used to multiply as the denominator.

    3.3 = 33/10 = 3 3/10
