    6x-5y=9

    *3 * 3

    18x-15y=27

    -18x+by=-27

    we sum these equation

    0 + (b-15) y=0

    b-15=0

    b=15

    6x-5y=9 ...

    Slope = 2.400/2.000 = 1.200

    x-intercept = 9/6 = 3/2 = 1.50000

    y-intercept = 9/-5 = - 1.80000

    So - 18+1.8b=-27

    Slope = 10

    x-intercept = 15/10 = 3/2 = 1.50000

    b-intercept = 15/-1 = - 15.00000
