    64 students liked the book.

    Step-by-step explanation:

Since twenty five is 1/4 of 100, you can multiply 25 by 4 to get 100. Since 9 twenty-fifths of the students didn't like the book, you can multiply 9 by 4 to get the number of students that did not like the book. 9 x 4 = 36. 36 students didn't like the book. The rest of the 100 students liked the book. To get the number of students that liked the book, subtract the amount that didn't.

    100 - 36 = 64.

    64 students liked the book

    Step-by-step explanation:

you will gist multiply the nine twenty - fifths by the 100 students and you will get 36 and the 36 is the students who didn't liked the book. and then subtract the 36 from the 100 students and you will get 64 as the answer for the students who liked the book
