    25 pounds of nuts and 5 pounds of cereal squares.

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Let amount of nuts be x and cereals squares be y pounds.

    x + y = 30

    7x + 4y = 30*6.5

    7x + 4y = 195 Multiply the first equation by - 4:

    -4x - 4y = - 120 Adding:

    3x = 75

    x = 25 pounds.

    y = 30 - 25 = 5 pounds.
