    66 degrees

    Step-by-step explanation:

First find the difference between the two values 96 and 78. 2 pm go 8 pm is 6 hours. There is a 18 degree change between 2pm and 8 pm. 18/6 = 3. So the rate of change is 3 or - 3 every hour

78 degrees at 8 pm. 4 more hours till 12pm. - 3 change per hour

    4x-3 = - 12

    78+-12 = 66
