    3 hours and 30 minutes

    Step-by-step explanation:

So what we first want to do is find the gap between 11:00 〜 12:00 and

    12:00 〜 2:30.

So the gap between 11:00 and 12:00 is 1 hour because if you take a hour away from 12:00 it will become 11:00.

Then we want to find the gap between 12:00 and 2:30 which is pretty easy because you just do the equation 2:30 - ? = 12:00. Then the answer is 2:30.

Now we found our two numbers, 1:00 and 2:30 we add them together (1:00 + 2:30) which makes 3:30.

That's why the answer is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
