    Step-by-step explanation:

    the system is:

    y=x²+10x+11 ... (1)

    y=x²+x-7 ... (2)

    by (1) and (2) : x²+10x+11 = x²+x-7

    10x+11 = x - 7

    10x - x = - 7 - 11

    9x = - 18

    x = - 18/9 = - 2

    put this value in (1) or (2) : y = (-2) ² + (-2) - 7 = 4 - 9 = - 5

    single solution for this system : (-2; - 5)
