    Lets say the width = x

    This means the length = 4x

    Perimeter = 4x + 4x + x + x = 10x

    10x = 12.5km

    10x / 10 = x

    12.5km / 10 = 1.25km

    x = 1.25km

    L = 4x

    W = x

    (4 x 1.25) x 1.25 = 6.25km²
