Third statement is most likely correct.

    Step-by-step explanation:

Let total number of student in grade 8 and grade 9 is 100, that is we are taking the last 1 of the given data as 100[1 ≡ 100].

In the first statement, it says us about students of grade 8 who like Swimming.

If there is in total 100 students, then obviously 14 students of grade 8 like swimming. But it not mandatory that the total number is 100. We have just assumed it for our benefit.

For the second statement, 0.31 is given in the place of total in swimming from both grade 8 and grade 9. Hence, it is not true.

For the third statement, 0.22 is 22% of 1. Hence, this statement is true.

The last statement is similar as the first statement. It is not said mandatory that the total number of student is 100.
