    Width = x

    Length = 2x + 1

    Area = 28

    Area = >width * length

    28 = x (2x + 1)

    28 = 2x^2 + x

    2x^2 + x - 28 = 0

    x = 7/2 or - 4

    : - x = 7/2

    Width = 3 1/2m

    Length = 2x + 1 = 2 (7/2) + 1

    Length = 7 + 1 = 8m
