The cost of a telephone call is $0.75+$0.25 times the number of minutes. What's the algebraic expression that models the cost of a telephone call that lasts t minutes.

    t = (3/4) + (t - m) = 1 m is minutes and t is base rate it will always be 0.25 + 0.75 if one minute is used. You enter number of minutes via m so that 1 = 1+m
