    Answer: Car B will catch up with A when the distance travel by the two are equal

    Recall Speed = Distance/Time

    Distance = Time * Speed

    Car A; D=60T1

    Car B; D=70T2

    Where T1 = T2+1

    60T1=70T2

    60 (T2+1) = 70T2

    60T2+60=70T2

    10T2=60

    T2=6hrs

    4pm + 6hrs

    10pm car B catches up with A
