    Answer: t^2-16

    Explanation:

Use FOIL (First Inner Outter Last)

    So First: t x t = t ^2

    Inner: t x 4 = 4t

    Outter: - 4 x t = - 4t

    4 x 4 = 16

    Combine:

    = t^2 + 4t - 4t + 16 (-4t + 4t = 0)

    = t^2-16
