    if we give 1 it will be 79 and this number won't divide to 12

    so the second smallest number would be 2 and the answer will be 78 and this doesn't divide by 12 also, when we try all the numbers we can see at last that the smallest number we can give is 8 which will be 72 and this number can also be divided by 12
