im not sure if it can be a decimal tell me if it cant but if it can its 0.25

    Step-by-step explanation:

    0.25*8=2 2+3=5

and i get my answer by a little bit of trial and error. I knew that what ever i timed by 8 had to equal 2 in order for the + 3 to get it to 5 and the only thing that you can times by 8 and get 2 is 0.25.
