    Apply cosine rule:

    c²=b²+a²-2ba cosC

    C = pi/3 = 180/3 = 60 degrees

    cosine 60 deg = 0.5

    c²=2²+3²-[2*2*3*0.5]

    c²=7

    c=√7

    c=2.645; length of third side of angle
