    Given that,

    We have to find the equation of line

    A horizontal line has a slope of zero

    Equation of Horizontal Line takes the form of y = k

    where k is the y-intercept of the line

    Here the line passes through (3, 6) So the y - co-ordinate is 6

    Thus k = 6

    Therefore equation of line is:

    y = k

    y = 6

    So option B is correct
