    Answer:x=7& y = 2

    Step-by-step explanation:

    x+3y=13

    3x+2y=25

    Using elimination method

    We have

    3 * x+3y=13 ... I

    1*3x+2y=25 ... ii

    3x+9y=39

    3x+2y=25

    7y=14

    Divide through by 7

    y=2

    Substitute for y in equation i

    x+3 (2) = 13

    x+6=13

    x=7
