    3x - (x-4) = 6

    3x-x+4=6

    2x+4=6

    2x=2

    X=1

    Answer: Im not entirely sure this could work but rearrange the formula into a simultaneous equation so this for instance; (rearrange in another way if this isn't entirely right)

    3x-y=6

    x+y=4

    then same sign subtract them to give you y and x and plot or use to find the linear system.

    Step-by-step explanation: Just from common knowledge, so sorry if this is wrong but give it a go.
