GCF of 30 and 54 and why

    A possible way is using prime factorization:

    30=2*3*5

    54=2*3*3*3

    Now find the common numbers and multiply the greatest.

    3*3=9 hopefully that is correct I am sorry if it is not I haven't done these in a while
