Nolan just drove at a constant rate for 5 hours. He is now 340 miles from where he started. At what rate was he driving? Nolan has another 204 miles to go. If he continues to drive at the same rate, how long will it take him?

    Divide the distance traveled by the time:

    340 miles / 5 hours = 68 miles per hour.

    Divide the distance left to go by the speed:

    204 miles / 68 miles per hour = 3 hours.
