    Jill is most correct and it should be $33

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Total number of seats = x = 20000+13000+17000

    x = 50000

    Total cost of seats as per the price;

    a = 20*20000

    a = 400,000

    b = 30*13000

    b = 390,000

    c = 50*17000

    c = 850,000

    Average = (a + b + c) / x

    Average = (400,000+390,000+850,000) / 50,000

    Average cost = 1,640,000/50,000

    Average cost = $32.8
