    p (blue gumball) = 18/104=9/52

    p (pink gumball) = 28/104=7/13

    p (blue or pink gumball) = 42/104=21/52

    p (not blue or pink gumball) = 58/104=29/52

    Step-by-step explanation:

    p (blue gumball) = number of blue gumballs/total number of gumballs

    p (pink gumball) = number of pink gumballs/total number of gumballs

    p (blue or pink gumball) = number of blue+number of pink/total number of gumballs

    p (not blue or pink gumball) = you could think of this two ways, either subtract the number of blue+pink gumballs from the total number of gumballs; 104 - (18+28) = 58/104

    or, just add up the gumballs that are not blue or pink (the red and white ones) and divide that by 104;

    (24+34) / 104=58/104

    hope this made sense! : )
