A one year lease for apartment "A" cost $450 per month. A one year lease for apartment "B" cost $525 per month. Which apartment offers the greater value in terms of the cost per square foot?

Apartment "A" is 720 square feet

Apartment "B" is 768 square feet

    To find the cost per square foot of A you take $450/720ft to get $0.63 per foot and then for B oyu take $525/768ft to get $0.68 per foot so A is cheaper than B
