The best option that would be for her is to do the annual fee plus the seven dollars a book.

The reason that the annual fee is better is because you get one more book than if you do a fee everybook that is higher.

represented by the equation, below is of the yearly payment and book and the second equation is for 9 dollars a book where x is the amount of books and 75 her total budget.

12 (7x) = 75-12 7x=63/7 x=9 books

9x=75/9 x=8 books
