    plane = 250mi/hr

    wind = 5mi/minute

    Step-by-step explanation:

    speed = distance/time

    plane = 1000miles/4hour

    wind = 1000miles/200minutes

    Speed of plane: 275 miles/hour

    Speed of wind: 25 miles/hour

    Step-by-step explanation:

    1000/4 = P - W

    P - W = 250

    P = 250 + W

    3 hour 20 mins is 10/3 hours

    1000 / (10/3) = P + W

    P + W = 300

    250 + W + W = 300

    2W = 50

    W = 25

    P = 250 + 25

    P = 275
