Since ms. watson's class read for a total of 450 hours, we can calculate the amount of hours the mr gerk's class read by: 450*2/3, which equals 300. Then we know Miss rupp's class read twice the number of hours read by mr. gerk's class so that's 600 hours.

finally in order to calculate the average number of hours: (450+300+600) / 90=15
