    Answer: x = width

    2x - 3 = length

    2w + 2l = perimeter

    2 (x) + 2 (2x - 3) = 210

    2x + 4x - 6 = 210

    6x - 6 = 210

    6x = 216

    x = 36

    2 (36) - 3 = y

    72 - 3 = y

    69 = y

    width = 36 cm

    length = 69 cm
