Ratio of Consecutive angles of a quadrilateral

is 3 : 4:5:6. Find the measure of its each

angle. Write, with reason what type of a

quadrilateral it is.

    ratio is 3:4:5:6

    let the angles be x. so,

    3x + 4x + 5x + 6x = 360 degrees

    (all angles of a quadrilateral sum up to 360 degrees)

    18x = 360 degrees

    x = 360/18 = 20 degrees

    therefore, the angles are:

    3x = 3*20 = 60 degrees

    4x = 4*20 = 80 degrees

    5x = 5*20 = 100 degrees

    6x = 6*20 = 120 degrees
