The biased estimate will be chosen.

The biased estimate has a standard deviation of 9.1

    Step-by-step explanation:

Although, unbiased estimate is accurate, it has little relevance to applications of statistics since its need is avoided by standard procedures, such as the use of significance tests and confidence intervals, or by using Bayesian analysis.

Biased estimation is more preferable when applications in statistics are being considered.

i would choose estimate two because it is Unbiased.

Although the deviation is higher is two but because is unbiased makes it a more reliable information than the one.

    Step-by-step explanation:

"An unbiased estimator is an accurate statistic that's used to approximate a population parameter. "Accurate" in this sense means that it's neither an overestimate nor an underestimate. If an overestimate or underestimate does happen, the mean of the difference is called a "bias."
