In order to solve which will have the fastest rate, then we will assume a value of x. so let assume that x = 100

    a.) h (x) = 6x^2+1

    h (x) = 6 (100) ^2 + 1

    h (x) = 60001

    b. f (x) = 9x+14

    f (x) = 9 (100) + 14

    f (x) = 914

    c. g (x) = 4x

    g (x) = 4 (100)

    g (x) = 400

    d. j (x) = 200x + 5

    j (x) = 200 (100) + 5

    j (x) = 200005

    so the answer is

    j (x) = 200x + 5
