    Answer:Antelopes = 110 and

    Lions = 50

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Let antelopes be x and lions be y

    x + y = 160 ... (1)

    x = 3y - 40

    Substitute x into equation 1

    3y-40+y=160

    4y = 160+40

    4y = 200

    Y=200/4

    y=50

    From equation

    x=3y-40

    x=3 (50) - 40

    x=150-40

    x=110

    Antelopes = 110

    Lions = 50
