    10 small rooms

    5 large rooms

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Let the number of small rooms reserved be s and the number of large rooms reserved be l.

    Now what do we know. We know quite well that the small rooms can accommodate 3 guests while the large rooms can accommodate 4 guests. This means the following in equation form:

    3s + 4l = 50 ... (I)

    Also we know that she reserved twice as many small rooms as large rooms.

    s = 2l ... (II)

    Substitute 2 into 1

    3 (2l) + 4l = 50

    10l = 50

    l = 5

    Since, s = 2l, this implies s = 2 * 5 = 10
