    Correlation

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Correlation Vs Regression:

Correlation is often confused with regression but they are two different concepts.

Correlation is basically a measure of association or closeness between variables unlike regression which tells us what is the form of relationship and how one independent variable is dependent on the other. In other words, regression is finding out how one variable causes change in another variable and the overall impact of the change on the system. On the other hand correlation is finding out the strength of the relationship between two variables. Regression is represented in terms of whole equation whereas correlation is a single term.
