We are charged 21 p/d + 0.10 p/m so for every 5 mile it is 0.50 every 10 mile it is 1.00 and every 2 mile it is 0.2. LEts say it is 18 mile day 1 and 43 mile day 2.

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Day 1

    (21) + (1) + (0.5) + (0.2) + (0.1)

    = 21 + 1.8

    Day 2

    (21) + (4) + (0.2) + (1)

    =21 + 4.3

    Total 2 days = 42 rental and 6.1 petrol

    Full total rental and petrol = 42 + 6.10 = 48.10
