Scott needs to fill a 4-liter pitcher with water, but it won't fit under the faucet. He fills a 250-milliliter container with water from the faucet and pours the water into the pitcher. How many times will he need to fill the 250-milliliter container to fill the pitcher? 4

    1L = 1000mL

    Container = 250mL

    Container = 0.25L

    Faucet = 4L

    Number of times = (4L) / (1L)

    = 4 / 0.25

    = 16 times
