    Since x = - 2

    -2 = y + 4 2 (-2) - 3y

    -y + 3y = 4 2 (-2) + 2

    2y = (4 2 (-2)) + 2

    After that divide that by 2 to get Y.

    Sorry but I do not know the space between 4 and 2x
