The ratio of red to green cars in the target parking lot at 7 to 8. There are 32 green cars in the lot. How many total red and green cars are in the parking lot at target today?

    There would be 60 cars because if there's 32 green cars and 28 red cars, 32+28=60. I got 28 because 8•4=32 therefore you have to multiply 7 by 4 in order to figure out how many red cars there are.
