If both fractions are in lowest terms, then how do you find which fraction is greater than and less than?

    Make their denominators equal, then just look at which fraction has the bigger numerator

    If you make them equivalent by making them have the same denominator, then

    the the fraction with the largest numerator will be greater than the other e. g. 3/8 and 4/9 = 27/72 and 28/72
