    Step-by-step explanation:

The cabinet has the shape of a cuboid. The dimensions of the cuboid are 1m x 2m x 1.5m. The formula for determining the total surface area of a cuboid is expressed as

    Total surface area = 2lh + 2wh + 2wl

    Where

l represents the length of the cuboid.

w represents the width of the cuboid.

h represents the height of the cuboid.

Assuming the length of the cabinet is 1m, the width is 2m and the height is 1.5m, the total surface area of the cabinet would be

    2 (2*1) + 2 (2*1.5) + 2 (1.5*1) = 4 + 6 + 3 = 13m^2

The area of the bottom of the cabinet would be

    2*1 = 2m^2

Since she did not paint the bottom of the cabinet, total surface area painted would be

    13 - 2 = 11m^2
