Chris wants to create a rectangular rose garden in a yard. He has 32 meters of garden fencing to go around the garden and he has to use it all.

    Since he is trying to make a rectangular shape, the garden has to have 4 sides (because a rectangle does). 32 meters of fencing/4 sides = 8 feet on each side.
