First change the mixed fraction to an improper fraction.

    -4 1/3 is - 13/3 and

Then divide by - 3/4. * Remember dividing by a fraction is really multiplying by its inverse.

    So

    -13/3 ➗-3/4 is

    -13/3 ✖️-4/3 = 52/9 (note negative ✖️negative = positive)

    52/9 simplified becomes 5 7/9
