    16miles/hr

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Speed = distance/time

    Distance = 210miles

    Time downstream = 10hrs

    So, Speed = 210/10 = 21miles/hr

    Going through current time is 42hrs

    Speed = 210/42 = 5miles/hr

    Speed of current = (21 - 5) miles/hr

    = 16miles/hr
