Multiplying the dividend and the divisor by the same power of 10changes the quotient always never or sometimes

    Always; because if you used the problem 2 divided by 1, and multiplied both to the first power you would get 200 divided by 100, and a quotient of 100, not 1. But if you plan to take away zeros, then the quotients are virtually the same.

    it's just that and extra zero (0) would be added to the end
