    Part A

    Ice Dream: c (h) = 1.5h + 4

    Skating Paradise: c (h) = 3h + 1

    3h + 1 = 1.5h + 4

    1.5h = 3

    h = 2

    Part B

    2 Hours for the cost to be equivalent. The cost will be $7
